A neighbor next door was a little overweight clearly because of the junk that she eats. She kept complaining that she wants to lose weight. She wanted something where she can have her cake and eat it too. I started getting fed up with her wanting to lose weight stories and I tried not to get into that conversation. I just want to share my views and want to seek out some advice.I’m obese 94 Kgs, 5’8″. I was average during the days of college and while doing taekwando 72kgs weight (in good old days). But now I serioulsy want to get rid of it as quickly as possible.I started at the weight of 102 kgs, 2 months ago, did excessive cardio, was burning 1000 calories per day average on Treadmill, Stationery Cycle, Cross Trainer (Eppliptical) in combined effort, sometimes, I use to exercise twice a day and and end up burning 1500-1800 calories per day. but not very satisfied with the result, since i used to feel fatigued all day and didn’t increase my diet accordingly.
After that i did by bit of research on the internet and figured out that I should be doing weight training as well and read a whole lot of benefits for building muscle. like u can eat more calories without gaining weight and all.Now I’m doing Weight Training, 3 days a week (HST Workout), drinking protien shakes thrice a day, with usual eating 4 times a day, for the rest of the three days i.e. on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday I do HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on sometimes Treadmill and sometimes stationery bycycle for 20 minutes.Yesterday, I overdid some exercise I guess since I wasn’t satisfied with the way i did reps and repeated them. so I ended up spending 2:30 hrs in the Gym, today I’m feeling fatigued. Also I have a sudden urge of eating more and more dishes made up of cottage cheese since I’m a vegetarian (can’t eat non-veg).My question is? should i eat more if i feel fatigued? cause i think if I’m fatigued the next day, the body would go into starvation mode and burn less calories. Is my workoout ok? I’m doing some 24-25 setts on weight training everyday for various mucles under HST. I recommend Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer reviews.
