How To Prepare For a Hiking Trip

There are a number of things you should look before going out for a hiking trip. The first priority is always the protection of your feet. There should be enough room for your toes when moving downhill and there shouldnt be much room for your ankles to avod slipping. Rain wear is also a necessity while hiking. A nylon poncho with an attahced hood is always preffered. It is also essential to dring water while hiking. If you are hiking in earm coditions then you should take two to three quarts.
You should take a day pack because it has enough room for almost everything that you have to bring. There are some secondary things that you should take like a map of the area or a compass. Also take a small first aid kit. A small whistle is also recommended in case of emergency. A small knife shoould also come handy. Also you should take a lunch pack. A prefferable way is to pack the food in double plastic bags to avoid leaking. A few recommended snacks are cheese, tuna, peanut butter and yogurts. If you keep these things with you, you will surely have a great hiking adventure.
