The Camping Outfitter

Camping is a fun idea that is great for the whole family.  There are lots of different activities you can take advantage of that will bring the campers closer together.  One fun idea is having a camp site scavenger hunt.  You can simply make a list of common plants or other things found in the area you’re camping near and have everyone split up to find the items.  The first person, or team, to find all of the items wins a fun prize, like getting out of dish duty.

Another neat camping activity is playing a round robin story game.  The way this works is that everyone sits around the camp fire.  The first person starts a story with a few sentences but leaves off in the middle of a sentence.  The next person begins where the last person ends and takes the story in their own direction. These stories can be funny or scary – or even a combination of both!  They are a great way to get everyone to talk and laugh together at the campfire.
